A week-long training session with green belt certification in ReEngine’s GQI course. This course combines Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to deliver a curriculum that has been honed specifically in and for government agencies. This course lasts 4 - 4.5 days and is designed for 20 - 30 students.
Within these services, ReEngine acts as consultants, delivering services as requested by the client but without directly training or leading staff through the improvement processes. ReEngine staff can deliver services ranging from mapping current operations (current state) up through and including implementing an improved process and tracking its success over time.
Under this array of services, ReEngine staff guides the client through a series of process improvement projects. ReEngine works with the client’s staff in a series of process improvement projects designed where client staff taking an increasing level of leadership in the projects in a “crawl, walk, run” type of methodology.
